Unable to connect to the remote server

After the last 2 or 3 patches my game just keeps disconnecting me every 10-15 minutes, with the "Server disconnected" message, this is already jarring enough, but when I try to log back in I'll get this error every time I try to log in for around 10 minutes before I can actually log in again. I've tried so many things already, some help would be appreciated.

Where are you located?
Are you using a VPN?
Do you have a custom DNS?
Would you be able to attempt a traceroute on the IP in the ConfigOptions.xml located in DBOUR/GAME/?

I'm located in South America(I'm aware this might be a problem).

No, I'm not using a VPN.

I do not have a custom DNS.

As for the traceroute:

Give this a try.

As you can see you've timed out three times on your way to our servers.

Hopefully this DNS fix, makes better jumps.
