Thanks for your reply. I do submitted the bug through the pop up dialog with brief description. As it crashes suddenly and it is hard to predict and record video.

 Sometimes it crashes and closes the game with the following bug report (ACCESS_VALIATION).

 

How can I fix this bug? It happens when I am farming and do UD quest.

I found that +12 upgrade coupon cannot be used. How can I make it work?

If I create two characters and fulfill the requirements of promotion (whatever new player or existing player) in ONE account, how many promotion rewards can I get? One or two?
