just farm mobs close to your level and i recommend you reach lvl 40 first because if you gather all of the dbs before lvl 40 you wont be able to wish for super saiyan it will say lvl requirement not met but you can wish for any of the dragon buffs at any lvl

just find a place where there is mobs and farm it when you kill the mobs they have a chance to carry a db when they respawn you will be able to see it in the map just make sure the mobs are 7 level down from you or it will not drop 7 down is the max
