Spawn Range Tweaks (Reduced slightly to help with players with subpar internet connections) 

Included some audio and texture mods to demonstrate mod system.

Unlock Turtle and Machine Island in Papaya map. 

Add Announcement to Shutdown message

Increase Disconnection Timeout Timer 

Added some Auras to titles

Starting to work on balance changes.

Fly over there and check it out. I techincally unlocked that area too, its just not populated currently. I plan on making that the 70-80 area
