In order to fix the full-screen issue, San has made a fix. In order to apply the fix you must download this file: SystemEnv.txt   Next go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Desktop\DBOUR\Game folder and create a folder called 'User' within it.    Next, place the file you downloaded into that folder. And BAM your game should now open/open in window mode. Hope this helps!
