We need quests at least till lvl 30

 Hey guys,I'm a big fan of dbo so I wanna say that today I downloaded the game and when I started playing it was so cool but eventually I found that the quests are not working..

I think we need quests at least till lvl 30 and we also need the chat working..anyways great job!

We're currently in the middle of a massive content update, and as such, a majority of the game systems has had significant updates to both User Interface and the way that the rewards are handled, which in turn has made them extremely unstable, we hope to have this fixed soon.
