No puedo usar las habilidades de clase

Hola, tengo un problema el cual es que no puedo utilizar las habilidades de mi clase soy un Namekusei DW deje el juego durante un tiempo y ahora que quise regresar no podía utilizar las habilidades, probé restaurando las habilidades y los tp pero aun así no me deja, hay alguna solución para ello?
