Ultimate Ability Wish and Flight Question

Hello Everyone,

 

Just started playing last week and I’m about to get my first character to level 40. I’m still playing as a child, but was curious if you can get the flight ability and super saiyan when you are still a child, or do you have the finish the master class quests and become an adult first?

You have to complete the adult quest and masterclass quest to complete the flying quest.

 

You can obtain a "Kid Clock" after the fact however.

Where do you find a “kid clock”? Is it something you have to buy, or is received through a mission chain?

Unfortunately, from the cash shop, or the auction house.
